 PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 
FOR ENTRANCE IN THE DOCTORAL PROGRAM
OF THE UNIVERSITY OF METAPHYSICS

AGE: 18 years minimum

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: High school or its equivalent, as earned through a high school equivalency test or through practical work experience.

STUDY BACKGROUND: Holistic, New Thought Metaphysical study background can be either formal (i.e., through attendance in formal courses or classes, or informal (self-taught through books, tapes, etc.), or a longstanding interest and self-study of philosophy, psychology, self-help disciplines, religion, motivation and/or related areas.

PERSONAL REFERENCES: At least three personal references as to character, integrity, etc., must be provided on the original application form, submitted at the time of your enrollment by mail. A letter will be sent to each of the personal references you submit, so be certain that addresses are correct. Due to the personal contact with the public in the work, anyone with a felony in his or her background should not apply.

TRANSCRIPTS: We maintain a permanent file on all of our doctoral students and graduates. While it is not necessary that documentation of other awards be in your file, it does help to establish a better student profile. Transcripts of your work are available and can be sent out at your request.

TUITION: Required tuition must accompany your original application, according to the payment plan you have chosen, in order for us to proceed with the processing of your enrollment.
